In 2013, Batsomi acquired its shareholding in Moago Krew/Spirotech International. Over the past 25 years, Krew has focused on the manufacture of mine ventilation ducting and accessories, gate, reflux, diaphragm and pinch valves, shafted and shaftless screw conveyor equipment, plate work and structural steel fabrication and general engineering throughout southern Africa. The company has built up a capable local workforce of specialist engineers, draughtsmen, machinists, welders, fitters and boilermakers that provide exceptional products to the mining industry.
